Dreamcatcher Project Report 2024       APRIL   Dreamcatcher at Black Mountain College {Re}Happening   – Black Mountain NC USA   The first Rhizomatic Collective Unconscious Dreamcatcher was commissioned by the Black Mountain College Museum in Asheville NC as part of their annual {Re}Happening event held April 20 th on the old Black Mountain College campus at Lake Eden. It was installed on a small island in the middle of the lake.   For the project debut I performed as a solo artist. During the day I encouraged audience members to interact with the Dreamcatcher by tying fabric streams and symbolic objects into the sculpture – then at night I lit up the whole structure and performed a slow Motion Sculpture Movement Installation as a living extension of the Dreamcatcher form.       Video Short video documentary by Beth Starling Media: https://youtu.be/7C6RCrz86Ck       Photo Photographs by Michael Oppenheim, Kim Rueger, Beth Starlin
